Upon your arrival:
- Option 1: We can meet you at our office in Málaga city center.
- Option 2: We can deliver the car to Málaga Airport or your holiday home on the Costa del Sol (additional fees apply).
Our agent will greet you, explain the car’s features, and answer any questions to ensure you are ready to go.
Step 3: Drop off
- Full-to-full policy: Ensure the tank is full before returning.
- Drop off locations: Málaga city center (Plaza del Teatro) or Málaga Airport.
- Deposit refund: Once we verify the car’s condition, we will process your deposit refund.

1. What documents are required to rent a car?
To rent a car, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license class B at least 7 years old.
- A passport or ID.
- A credit card for the deposit in case you opted for a deposit and not the insurance.
IMPORTANT: If your license was obtained outside of the EU and European Economic Area, you will also need the international driving licence that you have to apply for at the traffic department of your country of origin.

Yes, we can deliver your premium convertible directly to Málaga airport, ensuring a seamless start to your journey.

Absolutely! Rent a car in Málaga center or Málaga airport, just let us know your preference.
5. Can the car be delivered to my holiday rental?
Yes, we can deliver your car to your holiday rental on the Costa del Sol. This service incurs an additional cost based on the delivery distance. Payment can be made by card upon delivery or via bank transfer.
6. What is included in the car hire price?
Our rental price includes the car and basic driver insurance. You will also need to pay either for additional car insurance or a refundable security deposit.
7. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit or car insurance is required. You can pay the deposit online before pickup or delivery to make the process quicker and hassle-free.
8. How do I return the car?
You can return the car to Málaga Airport or Málaga city center (Teatro Square). Please ensure the fuel tank is full, as we operate on a full-to-full fuel policy. After verifying the car’s condition, your deposit will be refunded.
9. What is the cancellation policy?
We have a partially refundable cancellation policy:
- Cancel 30+ days before check-in: 80% refund.
- Cancel 7–30 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: 20% refund.
- Cancel on the day of check-in: No refund.
10. What if I experience issues with the car during my rental?
For emergencies, contact the insurance provider directly using the numbers provided in the car’s document folder. If additional assistance is needed, reach out to our support team.
